Italian Bruschetta

Recipe
Ingredients:
Tomatoes
3 Garlic cloves
Basil
1 Red onion
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
1 Ciabatta roll
Utensils:
Chopping board
Knife
Bowl
Method:

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add to the mixing bowl
Dice garlic cloves and add to bowl
Chop up the onion and add it to the mixture
Drizzle the mixture with balsamic vinegar and olive oil
Cut the ciabatta roll in half and lightly toast
Rub a clove of garlic against the bread for flavour
Add a large spoonful of mixture onto each roll
Add the basil topping and lightly drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Serves 1-2 people. Ingredients can be altered as required.
