Chicken Noodle Sweetcorn Soup


Recipe


Ingredients:

Flamegrilled chicken pieces

2 Eggs

x 2 Cans of sweetcorn

x4 Packets of dried noodles

Stock cube

2 Pints of boiled water


Utensils:

  • Measuring jug

  • Hand blender

  • Knife

  • Chopping board

  • Large pot

  • Spoon


Method:

  1. Empty a can of sweetcorn into measuring jug

  2. Cream corn using the hand blender

  3. Finely chop chicken into small pieces

  4. Add chicken and a can of sweetcorn into a large pot

  5. Add two pints of boiled water with a stock cube into the pot

  6. Bring to the boil while mixing

  7. Add noodles into pot

  8. Mix two eggs and stir while adding into the pot so they do not scramble

  9. Ready to serve!


Serves 6!


Parental supervision is advised while using the stove.
